What is the process for a custom mandala?
The process typically involves an initial consultation to understand your needs, a quote, a design sketch phase, and then the creation of the final artwork, with updates provided along the way.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days for ready-to-ship items. Custom commissions will have an estimated completion and shipping timeline provided during the consultation phase.
Shipping Carriers: We use reputable carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, national postal services) for secure and timely delivery.
Estimated Delivery:
Domestic (India): 5-10 business days.
International: 10-20 business days (can vary based on customs).
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the artwork's size, weight, and your delivery address.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Customs & Duties (International): International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your artwork upon arrival.
Damaged Artwork: In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with clear photographs of the damage to the artwork and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Returns (Originals): Due to the unique nature of original artworks and commissions, all sales of original paintings and custom commissions are final. We highly recommend reviewing all details and asking any questions before finalizing your purchase or commission.
Returns (Prints): For prints, if you are not satisfied, you may return the print within **7 days** of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs), provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
